Joan B. Farrell

Attorney Joan B. Farrell is a solo practitioner with Bartels Farrell Law Offices located in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ms. Farrell has extensive experience in the areas of business
transactions, contracts and real estate law. She provides general business and management
counsel to small and medium sized businesses in various industries. This includes financial
and legal transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, sales and acquisitions and
shareholder agreements and disputes. Ms. Fanell's real estate experience includes all aspects
of buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, negotiating and drafting leases,
construction and land development issues, and condominium law. She is a licensed
Wisconsin title insurance agent. Ms. Farrell is past president of the Association for Women
Lawyers, Vice President of the Westown Association, Vice President of Business
Improvement District #5 and chair of the finance committee for Milwaukee Downtown and
BID #21. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and the University of
Wisconsin School of Business.
