Anne Berleman Kearney

Anne Berleman Kearney is the principal of Appellate Consulting Group. She has authored briefs for the prevailing party in the United States Supreme Court, the Wisconsin and Illinois Supreme Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and has argued thirteen cases on appeal. Ms. Kearney is a graduate of Harvard Law School and formerly was with Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School, teaching pretrial practice. Ms. Kearney serves on the board of directors for the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and as the Wisconsin chair for the Committee on Rules and Practice for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
